Poor service

Poor service no customer service I lost my voucher so I went there hoping they will help me nothing, when I go back they ask me who was help me 1st time and I can't remember 😢 because they are not wearing name badges all of them same as manager ,they keep on saying they are going to call me even today I don't know will I get help or not
