poor service

emailed customer service that i wont be able to make the overdue balance can my acc paln be changed to 24 months plan, was advised that my requested has been sent to acc ref is 05155D5B6 that was on the 27/05/2015 i received an email fom Anthea stating that my request has been noted i must make a payment of 290 which i did, after 2days i phoned her just to find out if my acc is on 12months plan she failed to confirm emailed her still not confirmation, foschini is a *** company full of **** they dont care for customers , u r just after money
