Poor service

I would honestly give you a negative rating if I could because I can't rate the level of disappointment I have for the poor service and disrespect I received at you branch in southgate mall as well as their regional manager Mr Mthimkhulu who also dismissed me after I called him and said I need to call him back after 10 or 15 minutes as he was busy with another branch, so I as a customer am not important to your business. 10 minutes pass I call him back and no answer, we'll it makes sense as to why the branch has such poor service cause their senior as well could not care less for customers
