Poor Service

I have been in contact particularly with two stores Foschini Brooklyn and Foschini Brits Mall for a Chuncky chain details loafers SKU:00-***1 since Wednesday as I wanted to buy it immediately and they have been telling me it has been saved for someone, but to my surprise the shoe is still available even today meaning they shoes hasn’t been bought as it was not going to show anymore if it was bought as only one pair are left on both stores. I today attempted calling the TGF Head Office and spoke to Maria but I got cut off before she could assist me. I called again and spoke to Megan who informed me to speak to the store manager as they as the head office cannot be able to assist me since they don’t know why the stores refuses to sell me the shoes. I insisted the head office does something she told me she can only lodge a ticket that can be attended in the next 3 days… I am a very loyal customer and has been for years… I feel so disturbed about the service I have been receiving. You can save a shoes for someone you not sure when they will fetch when there is a customer who wants it immediately.
