Poor service

<p>I app**** for a store card and went over to this branch to submit the documents needed to finalise the application. I was assisted by a lady with dreads and wears glasses. I think her name is Peggy. I got to the counter and she gave me attitude from the word go. She even made me feel stupid because I told her nicely that I'm there to finalise app and she made me read the email like I'm f****** retarded. She didn't even let me know what she was doing. She just took my documents and went to do God knows what then came back and gave them back to me without a word. I had to ask this b***** if we're done or not then she said "yes". Please do something about her. Tell her that that store is not her mother's place. If she wants to do such s***, she can do it at her mom's. I don't even want the account anymore because of her. </p>
