Poor Service
<p>In February 2017, I took my Samsung J1 Ace cellphone that's still under warranty to Middelburg Mall branch to send in for repairs as the phone restarts and keep on hanging all the time. We are in the month of May now and still I can't get any feedback from the branch when I will receive the phone back but every month I still have to pay the installment for something I don't have any use off. My question now - can I get a credit for the phone on my account so I can buy a new phone? How long will I still have to wait for repairs?</p>
