Poor service

<p>On Thursday 09 March I was ready to make a purchase at the store at 16h50. I was told that the shop was already closed. When I asked the security guard at what time does the store close he confirmed that the store only closes at 17h00. I then told him that it was 10 minutes before closing time and that I know exactly what I want, he then rep**** by saying the cashers have already cashed up and that they will not be able to assist. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then when to Edgars and asked them at what time they close, and you not going to believe me they told me that they are closing at 17h00. I asked them if I can still purchase items, which they responded that the shop only closes at 17h00 and that I am welcome to come in.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spend a total of R1195.00 with Edgars instead of Foschini. I am really concerned if it happened to me, how many of your customers are turned away, because the shop closes at 16h50 or even earlier than the normal trading hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am looking forward to your feedback.</p> <p> </p>
