Poor service

I bought a pair of boys boots on the 20th March,few days after that the upper leather was peeling off.I went back to Foschini Cresta trying to get a refund or an exchange but came back dissapointed.I was referred to a lady called Georginah who told me she cant help me because the damage was caused by my child playing roughly.Then why make a poor quality shoes for kids cause kids play whether the shoes are new or old.And i know she just undermined me because i work around the centre.If i was another customer without my uniform she could've gladly exchanged them.And as for those boots they are of poor quality like the service i got from Georginah
