Poor service

I'm very disappointed UNPROFESSIONAL floor staff with thier poor service. On Friday I went there with my girlfriend looking something we saw online,we try to ask black lady but she didn't even have time she just left us like that. We went to ask another lady we try to assist us as she can they didn't have what we were looking but we ask her to check for us to other available stores eventually she told us which store. Problem become when we ask her to phone the store to keep what we want but lady refuse. We try to drive as fast as we can but when we get there it was out of stock, are was so mad
