Poor service

I bought a laptop from HI tfg last year which is now not working, last week i called the TFG online department with regards to the issue and I was referred to the foschini in eastrand mall. I got there and no one was able to assist, I was there for 3 hours and still my issue is not resolved. Two ladies by the name of Seipati and Exinah failed to assist and promised to call me Saturday of which they did not, Sunday I went to the branch again and they still promised me that they will call me Monday, still nothing happened. It's Tuesday today and I have not received any feedback my warranty for the laptop expires next month and I will not be liable for any payments due to them not doing their job.
