Poor Service

<p>I bought and item which includes a belt at Foschini,tygervalley on saturday 13 August 2016. The cashier never packed the belt in the bag. I called the store to inform her but she had already left but was told by her colleague that she would return my call the sunday. I havent heard of her the Monday I called the manager told her the story.The manager informed me that she would get back to me and still im waiting.This is ridiculous and now more than ever I refuse to drive to the store for a belt and they demand that they get it to my house!!!!</p>
