Poor service

So on the 4th September I sent an email advising to cancel some club magazines and jewellery insurances as well as the Lifenet cover. To my surprise I received smses advising my Platinum cover is cancelled. Which I never requested. Therefore I want all my Platinum club fee to be credited to my Markham account that I've paid since its been active. I have proof on email that I did not request that specific insurance to be cancelled. So kindly refund my fees back on to my Markham account. I want to hear no further stories.
