poor service
Good day i would like to express my dissapontment with Foschini insurance, on the 5th i logged a claim and was informed my claim is declined due to 3rd party usage now the history of this phone is that i purchased it on my markham account in November and in december i called for enquiry and as a result mentioned that i might give the phone to my daughter(15 year old Minor) which did not happen due to technical & personal preference now i need to understand as i am the account holder and was the user of phone at the time, why would the insurance decline?

IMEI number ********** ********** 6
i need clarity from them why 3rd party when i am the account holder and on the form i have signed it reflects that i am the authorised user irrespective that i called on
why do they not send the decline letter so i can take it to ombudsman
