Poor service
I've been trying to call finrite.
The receptionists who direct the calls are so unprofessional. I had to call 3 times. The 3rd time I called,they obviously recognised my number and the one said "is vi telkom" with a slang.
They direct me to Telkom and no one answers!!!
Someone picked up and didn't even say anything but I could hear people speak in the background and put me on me hold!!!
Highly unprofessional!!!
