Poor Service
I am so dissapointed with donna claire, I activated my card today at Jabulani mall n I was told they don't have vouchers at the store , they tried to call other stored for help with no luck , finaly I was told to sms my ID number to 42909 I did exactly that only to get the ridiculous response saying they haven't found any foschini vouchers linked to my ID number :( so now I should call the customer care to follow up on the vouchers they promised to give when you open the account:(. I haven't even started using the account but I'm already experiencing poor service
