Poor Service

I received a gift for my birthday from Foschini. I was given a gift docket. However when I went into the Phoenix branch. The manager was rude. She refused to give me the cash back. Yet it clearly states on the receipt that they would refund the cash. I don't have the original receipt seeing as how my aunt purchased it for me before leaving the country. I was then transferred to the Area Manager, who was not only rude but gave me attitude. This is not the service I expected seeing as how I'm such a loyal customer. I do not want a gift card. I want the cash back. I will not settle for anything less. I'm utterly disappointed at this pathetic service, and I will no longer be shopping at Foschini going forward.
