poor service

The staff is rude and unhelpful. I have send in a cell phone for repairs almost 3 weeks ago. They won't even phone to ask for how long it will be. You have to ask for someone to assist you even if you want to pay your account. There are four people working there on every given day and they stand around talking to each other and other people who isn't even customers.
