Poor service

I've been contemplating whether or not to write this, but after a continuous experience of poor service I strongly believe I should. I Boughy a sandal at Foshini and less than a month the stitching came lose. I went to Newtown junction to exchange it and was welcomed with horrible service and the store manage refusing to exchange the shoe, I was told to go to another store because they will not be able to resell the sandal. Today, I went to campus square hoping to receive better service, but was yet again welcomed with poor service, accompanied with unhelpfulness and impatience. The store assistant told me to go to the shop where I bought it, which is totally out of my way. She also told me to go to work late just so I could make it at the store where I purchases the shoes, early. On both occasions I received horrible service, impatience and rude ladies. It is hardly a year that I opened an account with them and I am already regretting it. I would dissuade anybody from purchasing or opening an account with them, especially the 2 stores mentioned. I wasted my time and efforts trying to exchange a sandal that has hardly been worn. Foshini sucks!!!!
