Poor service

My mother has been struggling to close her cellphone insurance with this business for the past 6 months & every month she gets billed for the same insurance she has cancelled months ago so she's not going to it anymore as they fail to cancel it & yet it was easy sign up for one now it's hard to cancel it, I don't even recommend anyone to buy insurance with the fos***** group
