Poor,rude,bad customer service
<p>I went to Eastgate foschini today on the 17 april 2017 to buy myself a pair of boots then saw some boots for my little girl when I went to pay the lady who assisted me told to pay for the kids boots at the kids section went there they already switched off their tills they couldn't assist me they told me to go back the other tills to pay when I was walking there the lady who assisted me told me to hurry up the lady was just so rude and impatient and I'm highly pregnant.ive been a customer with foschini for more than 10 years I've never been so humiliated like that.the lady doesn't know how to serve customer's period </p>

I haven't been contacted by the area manager or whoever suppose to contact me so I don't know that was the lady who treated me so bad in Eastgate foschini was dealt with or what does she know that she must not treat customers like dirt or what I am angry about this or was she told that she did the right thing to me.im asking myself that the next time I wanna do shopping at foschini will I be treated like that again or what it is safe for me to go shopping at Eastgate foschini again or what I'm really angry.i feel like no one is taking this matter seriously please deal with this matter
