Poor quality costing fortunes
I bought a bag worth R 450 3 months at Foschini Vaal Mall . Started using this bag few weeks ago and already bag is torn . Tried calling shop and phone is never answered over and above that I send an email to *** and they rep**** saying matter was resolved , when I didn't even get a call or anything regarding the matter
