Poor quality brand and poor service.

Bought winter things for my son to the value of almost R2000. Bought it in April and May as I knew we are going away for Father's day weekend. Only took off the tags and wore all the clothing once didn't even wash it as I wanted to show them how the clothing have spoiled after only one wear. After taking it back on Monday they refused to let me exchange it for a better brand. I bought the Foschini brand which spoiled and Soda Bloc which didn't. So I wanted to pay more for the Soda Bloc clothing. All they manager said is I bought it long ago.... so my question is ... Is the brand of such a POOR QUALITY that you can only wear it for a month... or once or twice. One top cost me R285 and after one wear it's spoiled.... I am willing to pay more for quality and they not allowing me to do that. I am very disappointed in the Brand and Service. They didn't even call me back to give feedback I had to call them and still didn't get the right story as the manager is never available. Murchel Francke
