POOR QUALITY AND RUDE STAFF
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent through a complaint about a month ago and have not had a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a pair of black pants from Donna Claire on the 25th of May 2016 and the elastic between the legs is already coming through the pants and looks terrible. I paid R470 for the pants and would expect them to last longer than 3 months! The staff at the Cradle Stone Mall branch are rude and unhelpful.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like a refund for the pants or a voucher to get something of better quality.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
