Poor quality

I bought a dress around a week and a half ago, I wore it once and when I hand washed it, I noticed the stitching is already coming loose already and it was only worn once.

I’m very disappointed with the quality as the dress cost r450 and the stitching is already loose and coming out. I went into a store to inquire what can be done as I bought it on my account with them and was advised that nothing can be done.

I am really annoyed with the customer service as they didn’t even attempt to assist or provide an alternative for me or offered to refund or even look at the dress.

Hopefully by writing this review someone from Foschini will assist me as i have been a loyal customer and my account is well conducted but i was failed with customer service this time around.
