Poor product quality

I purchased a handbag from Foschini Malmesbury in July 2015. Two months later the handles started tearing off. I took it to the Foschini Paarl store, on Lady Grey street, they took the bag and said that they'd send it to their quality department. Weeks later, I received a call requesting me come fetch my bag, Quality had said that the handles are giving in because my contents in the bag are too heavy for it. I haven't gone to fetch the bag yet. <br> <br> I have two other handbags that I had bought from Foschini,two years ago, with the same intention of carrying them to work and they've carried an additional weight in the form of my netbook. The handles on each bag are still intact. <br> <br> I do not understand what I'm expected to do with a bag that has weight limitations, yet it's size suggests that it can carry a lot. I further do not understand what Foschini expects me to do with a bag with weak handles that cannot do the job I had bought it for.
