Poor online service

Very poor experiences with TFG online shopping and store collection. The first time a product was out of stock in my order and I was never told this, just that the order was still being processed. Took almost a week of back and forth just to get my refund. The second time I placed an order for collection, the store returned the parcel without informing me and of course, no mention of my refund. Complete waste of my time travelling to the store. Mind boggling how the store would call to say the parcel was ready and not bother to say the parcel was going to be returned after a certain date after I clearly said that I would collect it. Either your online system/communication is severely lacking or deliberately designed this way to rob customers. Anticipating another struggle just to get a refund for this.
