POOR online orders and struggling for return! Be careful

Again online order is not working, Experience of communication is poor. No results, phone calls after phone calls. Still waiting! It is Christmas already and issue is still not resolve. Maybe just drop off the base of the bed at a shop, and see if you get response. 4 days! Every time they contact you and still no response. Just pay ons day late and you get a phone call!
