POOR FOCHINI ONE 2 ONE SERVICE

My phone was ****** so i did a simswap at foschine because i am on their one2one airtime contract. At the store they told me it will acticate after 3 working days. However it didnt. When i called customercare they told me actually it would take 6 working day. Today is the 6th day and it is still NOT ACTIVATED!!. I AM VERY UNHAPPY , called again and they told me they will send my query to the technical department which would take 24 to 48 HOURS AGAIN!!! THIS IS POOR SERVICE !!!! I WANT THIS PROBLEM FIXED TODAY!! I am defenitely going to cancel my one to one contract because of this poor service and wouldnt recommend this to anyone
