Poor Experience online shopping - Item at warehouse since 08/06/2020

Order P*** placed in the beginning of June 2020 on online shop for 4 items. 1 x Item delivered, 2 x Items refunded as there was no stock (don't know how this works) and 1 x Item has been at the warehouse since 08/06/2020. I have phoned countless of times and the item is still at the warehouse.

They are trying to get people to do more business online, but there is no way that I will make use of Fochini's online shop again. Extremely poor experience in every way.

If you are selling items online, should you not keep better track of inventory. Just creates more paperwork to do refunds.
