Poor customer service. Foschini East rand Mall

I have never received such poor customer service in my life. I opened an account 3 months ago and it was approved immediately with no hassle. Two weeks ago I try purchasing using my account and the system has blocked my account and this is due to them not having any prove that I am permanently employed, yet my account was approved 2 min after submitting my application. Today I provided them with a letter of employment guess what it was rejected because it was not clear on the letter that I am permanently employed where I work. Very quick to send me my statement at the end of the month with the required instalment, but they could not inform me that they need a letter of employment within 3 months of opening the account.
