Poor Customer Service Foschini Cradlestone.

Had a poor customer service from Foschini cradle stone Mall, we called from Foschini Northgate to exchange a pair of shoes from size 7 - size 8 like for like, they told us it’s available we can come, drove 25 minutes to get there, and since the shoe was bought by someone else on the TFG card they insisted they can’t assist, when we asked if we give them card details they said it’s impossible, and asked if the person who bought can come to the store, the person is not here and stays in Soweto, the lady just didn’t even wanna help with any other options,

It’s so frustrating if stores can not override systems when it’s deemed necessary and no ***** detected exchanging the same shoe for a size up only, never worn exact condition.
