Poor customer service for clients paying cash

As a cash paying customer terurn and exchanges is a nightmare. If u cannot provide the slip..even if u can provide exact time and date and bank transaction they still wont reimburse the money. They issue a gift card and force another purchase. All they have to do is check for the purchase and pront a copy of slip but ot seems too much work
