Poor customer service

I bought a laptop around April this year for my younger brother at Mall of Africa. In July the laptop stopped working. We took the laptop back to the shop on the 10th of July. They took the laptop to SMD technologies for assessment, till today I haven't receive my laptop or update on what's going on with my laptop. My brother is struggling to write exams as he doesn't have a laptop. Poor service I receive from foschini mall of Africa
