Poor customer service

Foschini please clear me from the mbc and/ credit report since I paid my account off and it’s been 2 years and you have done nothing on my credit report updates ,I called mbc regarding this and they told me to reach you out till now nothing happened,this is disgusting .i can’t move here because of you
