POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a ****y product by Forchini in Matlosana Mall. A hurricane tablet for my wife for Christmas, the ******* phone is not worth anything and gave problems from the start. I work in retail myself and do not get off from work easily. I took the product back and asked to exchange it as it is a piece of **** and can not perform even the most basic of tasks, I wanted to exchange and pay in for a much more expensive tablet where by they told me it can not be returned but sent in for repairs. IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED, IT IS A USELESS PHONE THAT CAN NOT DO ANYTHING!!! SO THANK YOU FOR OPENING MY EYES, I PAID MY ACCOUNT IN FULL AND CUT UP MY CARD. THE TFG GROUP WILL NEVER EVER SEE ANOTHER CENT OF MY MONEY. Do yourselves a favor and remove the ****py Hurricane tablets from your shelves, they are useless for anything else other than a paper weight. You are going to chase away other loyal customers with a ****py product that you are not willing stand by.
