Poor customer service

On Saturday I went to buy kiddies shoes at Foschini mall of Africa later around past 7pm. Staffs where getting ready to knock off. They were 4 at the counter having their own conversation, they did not have time for me and I was confused which till should I pay at, well I just went where they gathered, one lady moved to another till, I was soo confused, she said "etla" meaning come. I paid and took ot my TFG card because clearly she wasn't going to ask for it, me being irritated and bored I nearly forgot my bank card because their conversation was loud. I looked back to check if I don't leave anything and the cashier was holding my card looking at me, I then turned back to collect it. Remember I had no word with one of them, the first and last word was "etla". Please do check cctv footage, I was the last customer if not mistaken. Kindly teach your employees about customer service. We use our money to purchase but it seems like they don't care.
