Poor Customer Service

I went to for Foschini the one in adderley in the Golden Acre on the 12 July 2024 which was not my visit to the store. In this particular I went to use my mom’s to buy any outfit for my birthday only to be told that I can’t use the card. Which asked them how is possible to pay the card and I showed them the proof of payment and the guys who’s was arrogant and with poor customer service told me that he will block the card and we will never again use but we can still pay. Which made no sense.
