Poor customer service
Each time when I am at the shoe section, there is always no one to be found. Then I have to stand in line by the till to ask the woman behind the till to assist me. When the person who is supposed to assist me finally pitched, she just ask what size. Does not greet nothing. It does not even look as if she want to assist me. This is poor customers service and poor work ethic.
