Poor Customer Service

<p>Last week I inquired about my cell phone that was handed in at your Cresta branch for the screen to be repaired. I still have not received any feedback from you up to now. I just called your contact centre, but the agent transferred me to another agent and I got cut off.</p> <p>I really think this is absolutely horrible customer service. I handed my phone in for ONLY the screen to be repaired on Saturday 4 February 2017 at your Cresta branch. The consultant assured me that I would have the phone back within 3-4 weeks. It is now 7 weeks and i have not even received as much as a phone call from any Foschini Branch. I cannot understand why it is taking so long, as it was only the screen that needed to be replaced. This is really absolutely ridiculous, and really bad customer service. i would have expected better customer service from such a large retail group. Can someone please be so kind as to phone me and give me a date when my phone will be ready? If you are not capable to do such small repair work you should not advertise phone repairs or even sell insurance for that. I insist that the phone must be delivered to my place of work, or if you are not capable of repairing a screen you should give me a new phone. I am really very upset about this, this is really horrible customer service. I need my phone back ASAP!!</p> <p> </p>
