Poor customer care

i am very disappointed with the amount of **** i had to get from the foschini in Hartbee****rt village mall they placed a laptop on display when i wanted to buy the laptop as a gift for my wife the lady told me they were out of stock yet still had it on display i told her to give me the one on display she told me it wasn't possible she arrogantly spoke to me as if my request to purchase even the laptop on display wasn't that important im so upset with the manner she conducted herself why do we have people in retail who don't care about thier jobs neither customers why do we have big retail brands spending huge amounts of money to market thier brands and when you get to the store employees have the don't care attitude lack of training and customer service hinders brands i understand that my money wasn't important for her thats why when I said i was going to call head office to ask why false advertising she arrogantly told me yes it's fine you can call head office its really a disgrace how consumers /customers are being treated in retail no sign of respect i wasn't even going to use credit to buy the laptop yet it was like im going to use an account mind you i don't even have an account with them but my cash was useless enough to even buy a laptop on on display, Katlego from Foschini Hartbee****rt village mall undermining customers because of how they look what a disgrace and pethetic encounter.
