Poor Clothing Quality

<p>I've always enjoyed shopping at Foschini but recently found that the quality of their clothing is disappointing. I bought a beautiful pair of blue bootleg jeans and a grey cardigan (the only place I could find something I really liked). Within two weeks of wearing both items and washing each carefully by hand, I found that the jeans had stretched so much in the waist that I can't wear it without a belt! And I didn't buy it tight so I can't understand why it's stretched so much. Then I discovered the cardigan has a hole under the arm!!! I've worn it perhaps 6 times and washed it once. It's terribly disappointing since I really like these items and would have bought another pair of each if it weren't for the poor poor quality. I have sent Foschini an E-mail but have had no response.</p>
