Poor client service

I have been waiting for an insurance claim for 3 months now no feedback and I been paying my insurance since 2017 for a Samsung j7 prime phone. The call center agents are plain rude telling I have to wait for their underwriters with no specific waiting period. No apology on their lack of communication just plain rude telling me to do whatever I want if I been waiting for too long...
