Poor and utterly disgusting service received from Foschini.

I placed an online order and paid for this on July 9th and received my invoice for this via email the next day. Then absolutely no correspondence from Foschini for weeks after that! I then for the past two weeks have been contacting the call centre daily and each agent has a new story with regard to this order. I am told by multiple agents my order is cancelled and a refund will be processed as it has been over a month (this was not at my request by the way) but I said fine, I would rather get a refund instead of going through this VERY difficult process with their agents! (this was two weeks ago) then I was told by other agents that no, this order is at the warehouse and was never cancelled!!!! Every time I call in to follow up there is a new story.

I asked on countless occasions for email confirmation on the cancellation of my order and that a refund has been processed with every agent promising me this will be done only for me to sit here over a month later with NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND NO REFUND.

I have been leaving multiple social media messages for someone to contact me, Foschini replies to my messages are that someone will get back to me, it has been over 3 weeks and not a single person has contacted me.

There are so many people online complaining about the same thing. Their agents are not well trained and cannot even hand simple queries.

People cannot wait months on end for an order or for cancellation, this is **********, if Foschini cannot handle online order processes then they should not offer an online shopping option!!!!!!

I trust that finally, someone is going to email me back or send me my cancellation once and for all now that I have had to post on hellopeter!!!! I cannot call in daily and then every time I call the cancellation is being initiated only on that day? Only to call back and go over the same story over and over again and for your agents to tell me no it was never cancelled!!!!!!!
