poor and incompitant services

a balance life magazine was activated without my approval from August 2016 till current i ve been billed for the magazine. i call the contact center on the 25 july 2017 requesting to cancel the magazince and to credit back my account and requested call retrival . i spoke to vincent zondi Ref : ********** ac who adviced escalation turn arround time its 7 working day no responce was received . called again on the 15/08/2017 adv advices that my query is still pending with out reason, this is totally unaceptable being wasting my airtime and time to call you to reslove this.i need feedback asp as i am willing to make noise till i get my money back, which will cover my overdue amount.
