Pointless making payment arrangement
So after making a payment arrangement via email one would think that someone might consider doing their job. Alas, no such luck. Been receiving emails, letters, sms' and the best is the 15+ phone call a day. So I still get charged even though I made a payment arrangement and then get charged interest on that too... What a wonderful company! Will probably be contacted and then get charged for it too.

12 Dec 2018, 10:29Lol, so since the response, I have received numerous phone call from TFG at odd times when I'm busy at work. First of all, I was charged for those phone calls yet I did not speak to anyone. Secondly if you cannot pronounce my name or surname why do you even bother phoning me and leaving voice messages? Thirdly, I received a phone call today claiming that I will be charged R43 EVEN AFTER AN ARRANGEMENT WAS MADE. Clearly no one knows how to make notes of any kind on your system which is an indication of how things work within TFG...
