Pointless insurance claims

I was ****** on the 8th of January in Durban I there after reported this to Foschini on the 9th of January I have been waiting since then for my phone, the staff at American Swiss northgate tell me it will take 2months or more in a very casual way as they were dancing in with the music loud . I have been calling every week to ask the lady to follow up they don't seem to care they take my messages and don't return my call until I call back! I don't understand how Foschini leaves their customer without a phone for almost a month when people who purchase in ackermans have their phones in a week? Calling the call center myself and waiting for almost 15minutes before someone picks up, then having staff telling me they not sure why so long I mean that's unacceptable I even wrote to Foschini and nobody called me back. further the Clearwater branch (The Fix) phones where down they couldn't reinstate my card, the lady calls me 2 weeks later to say its sorted but I have yet to re was ****** on the 8th of January in Durban I there after reported this to Foschini on the 9th of January I have been waiting since then for my phone, the staff at American Swiss northgate tell me it will take 2months or more in a very casual way as they were dancing in the store receive my Foschini card in the mail do they even have the correct address ? none of this was confirmed with me. I was now told to further wait 7 working for reply to if I will be issued with a phone! this is unreal honestly ****ty service .
