please do something about this store

About two weeks a go i bought pants from foschini n i realized the material was not good actually the quality was terrible so i returned them yesterday n then took them back but later the manager came n said they cant take them back cz i wore them so i left it at that n today i went back there only to be insulted bythe mmanager telling me that i had intentions of just wearing the pants for a function n then returning them she literally accused me of that . i am appalled by her behavior i mean I've had my account with Foschini for more than 4 years now n this is how i get treated i get accused of buying an item with the intention of returning it???<br> <br> N please somebody explain to me why all the foschini group stores in vryburg close at 16:45 whereas its written that it closes at 17:00??<br> <br> If is this is how I'll be treated im happy to take my money somewhere else
