Please close my account

I am utterly disgusted and disturbed at the level of service received from TFG.

I opened an account mid 2018 and have never purchased on the account, only to receive a statement amounting to R122,14 on 19/09/19 for legal pro, funeral cover, etc.

Upon receipt of this, I then asked for this account to be closed as I never asked for these extra "value adds" on the account.

I have called TFG head office/accounts department on numerous occasions and have also sent emails and have been assured that the account will be closed everything charged to me will be written back. To date nothing has been done - yet I am still receiving SMSes and emailed statements from these people!

Please stop harassing me with emails and SMSes. If I knew that a well respected company like this will give me so much hassles i would never have had any dealings with them.

I just want this account to be closed, that simple!
