Please clear my name

TFG is not resolving my issue, instead they keep on calling to pay R70 for an account i have closed last year December 2024. I took my time and call them an they state that the debt is from insurance side and i must talk to insurance and their insurance has confirmed that i don't owe them and customer service state that I owe them.
