Please change the new manager and if it's possible bring back the old stuff

Ba***eng foschini there is a new manager who doesn't have a smile, don't know how to assist us, there were 3 ladies that I was sure about whenever I needed an outfit, now recently whenever I go to the store there is no vibe like first, only those ladies left which is kediemetse Mpho en Matshidiso used to clothed me, they were the only once knew how to surve customers. It's not only me who is complaining but I have heard few customers complaining about the new manager. Please can u change him or you gonna loose customers, as we started no longer going to shop at ba***eng foschini. That store used to have fashion consultant that me us customers feel good about what we wanted
